What do you like most about Hughes-Castell]?

Hughes-Castell is like a home to me. Everyone here is motivated to help others. Senior consultants will share their experience and knowledge without any hesitation. Our weekly gathering binds us together and also lifts our team spirit.

How do you balance your career at Hughes-Castell and family?

I am lucky to work at a place where we gain and share knowledge, empower people to learn from each other and respect their time and understand limitations. With realistic expectations, and some trial and error over the years I have learnt to set clear delineations between work time and family time. These boundaries help me focus better at work and enjoy with my family.

What do you like about Chinese culture?

Confucianism is a fantastic part of Chinese culture embedded in Chinese social fabric and way of life. It is a tradition, a way of governing, or simply a way of life. You will notice its influence when you interact with people, through Confucianism Chinese well connected to their roots and rich heritage. I love its family value, social seniority, and respect of people, especially the emphasis on the importance of family and social harmony
